Old world, classic riviera experience, hotels like this no longer resistance.

David Sofrà - best hotel I’ve stayed in on the Italian or French Riviera’s. It has old world charm and class, don’t bother eating dinner elsewhere in Santa Margherita, Rapallo, Camogli or Portfino. I did not want to leave and have already rebooked my stay.

Amazing!

Great location, stunning views from room, do yourself a favour and book an ocean view room. You will be wowed. The balconies are just perfect. Good size room and bathroom. Staff are friendly and professional. The Nuxe toiletries are an added bonus. Parking is easy and you can go in and out. Easy walk into town.

Nothing, would stay here again in a heartbeat.

I felt like l was in a movie.

Everything. Incredible position with magnificent view, comfortable rooms. I had the sea view with a balcony, so beautiful to wake up to that. Clean with a good selection for breakfast. The spa, l had 2 massages and a sublime facial and felt terrific, very strong like l wanted. Highly recommend and would return.

Spectacular view & great service

A beautiful hotel, with a fantastic view over seeing the Ligurian sea. Clean rooms, decent gym. Great breakfast and a nice little beach, which is only for hotel guests. The hotel is close to the city center.

An excellent hotel in a perfect location!

The staff was especially welcoming and upgraded our reservation at no extra charge, which was very nice of them! The room is cozy, very well styled and has everything you need. Ours also had a terrace with the most gorgeous view! The hotel also has a very nice and big private garden and outdoor/indoor terrace for guests to enjoy. Very good breakfast with plenty of choices both sweet and savory and great service. Thank you very much for taking good care of us, we are definitely coming back if in the area!

The best hotel of our Italian trip so far!

We got a free room upgrade, the manager didn't even knew the day we just had in a car accident and how much that ment for us. We got the best rest in the whole trip, the staff was extra nice, the hotel was beautiful and even the weather was not at its best, we enjoyed portofino thanks to you.

Magical stay

Breathtaking location and hotel is amazing! I'd recommend it for content creators/bloggers, too. I made so much incredible content from the hotel and its territory/beach as well as in the surroundings. A huge bonus was the incredible breakfast at the terrace with the sea view and sunrise. I also went to Portofino by foot (5,5km) , and the views I got to see on the way were magical!

Incredible hospitality with large rooms and great views.

The breakfast is delicious with beautiful views and amazing staff. Lunch can be enjoyed above the private beach. The pesto lasagna was excellent. The dinner menu changes, which is wonderful when you eat all your meals here! It is walking distance to the town and a ferry can take you to Portifino. Wonderful experience.

Not the fault of the hotel, but do note the ferry does not always run to Cinque Terre. We arrived in October and the season was over.

Gorgeous

Gorgeous location, classic olde-worlde hotel, staff were helpful and friendly, the bar has an amazing view. And the private wharf was a win.

The gym. For a hotel of this standard, the gym was poor.
